New Candidates Forms

Candidates will need the following state and federal forms filled out as part of their employee documentation:

1) - SkyTop Builders New Hire Form - This includes important information like Emergency Contact and a sign off section to note that you have read and understand our Company Standards and Policies.

2) - Federal I-9 - All employees in the state of North Carolina are required to complete the I-9 within 3 days of being Hired along with the required credentials

3) - Federal W-4 - Probably the most familiar, this form will document proper employee information for tax filing

4) - North Carolina NC-4- Like the W-4, this form will document proper employee information for tax filing

The items below should be printed and reviewed several times by job candidates.  The Policy and Standards Acceptance Form and Direct Deposit Authorization Form will be required for our company records and to assist with payroll:

A) - SkyTop Builders Company Standards - These are also available all the time in this section of our web site. 

B) - SkyTop Builders Policy - Like the company Standards, these are also available all the time in this section of our web site.

C) - SkyTop Builders Direct Deposit Authorization Form - Please print, fill out, and return with your paperwork.  Assists in payroll distribution on Fridays
