		“Jack is extremely detail oriented and takes great pride in his firm's workmanship both during the construction process and when delivering the final product. Unlike most residential builders, Jack effectively uses estimating and scheduling software to accurately price or value engineer the project and complete it on schedule. Any Change Orders were agreed upon in advance and priced fairly...the punchlist was almost non-existent. The end result was a craftsman style custom built spec home which priced and sold at the top end of the market in which it was built....nothing but praises from the neighborhood and community.
